Starting out in a new sector can be exciting, but it can also feel a little daunting. That’s why #TeamModeshift is introducing two fantastic ways for early professionals to connect, grow, and feel part of the community: our brand-new Early Professionals Teams Channel and a dedicated Wake Up Wednesday – Team Troubleshoot: Connections and Solutions Session at this year’s National Modeshift Convention.
Whether your team includes apprentices, graduates, or early career professionals, this is the perfect place for them to connect, learn, and grow alongside peers from across the Modeshift network.
What the channel offers
The Early Professionals Channel is all about connection, confidence, and collaboration. Members will have access to:
- A welcoming space to share ideas, ask questions, and exchange best practice
- Updates on Modeshift training, events, and useful resources
- Opportunities to contribute to our Team Talks series and spotlight features
- A voice in helping shape the future of Modeshift’s services and strategy.

How to Join
- Early Professionals will receive an email invitation to join the Teams Channel.
- Once accepted, they can toggle between their organisation’s Teams and the Modeshift Teams site using the account menu near their profile icon.
- We recommend switching on channel notifications to stay updated.

Wake Up Wednesday – Team Troubleshoot: Connections and Solutions Session at 9am on Wednesday 26 November.
Perfect if it’s your first time attending the Convention or you’re feeling a little out of your comfort zone. We’ll share simple strategies to help you prepare, set goals, and make the most of every conversation.
