What is the Modeshift STARS Healthcare scheme?
Our Modeshift STARS accreditation programme is a simple 5-step process that empowers organisations to enhance everyday journeys.
Modeshift STARS Healthcare has been developed in partnership with NHS England and in consultation with primary and secondary healthcare settings.
Organisations are supported to create, deliver, and track the effectiveness of their Travel Plans whilst working towards national accreditation. Since 2008, over 6,000 sites have achieved Modeshift STARS accreditation, delivering a variety of engaging and effective sustainable and active travel initiatives, and impacting millions of people across the country.
