Career history:
Prior to joining Modeshift I was a secondary science teacher for 5 years. I got into teaching because I believe the key to positive change is education. The best moments where always when the pupils where excited and inspired to learn about a subject you love, and who doesn’t enjoy launching rockets in the school playground!
Why did you join Team Modeshift?
I joined Modeshift because I wanted to work towards a more sustainable future. I can support pupils to develop new skills in the classroom and provide them with the confidence to promote active travel in their schools.
Outside of Modeshift:
I love to go for a walk with my binoculars to see what birds and other wildlife I can spot. I also enjoy swimming and volunteer as a coach at my local artistic swimming club.
