Aimee-Claire Eyermann
Position: South West Regional Rep
Year joined the Board: 2018
Place of work: Bristol City Council, Senior School Travel Engagement Officer and School Streets Project Manager, since 2016
Brief career history: After graduating from university in 2012 I worked on a variety of youth work and community engagement projects including working on a community farm and at Bristol Zoo! I developed a passion for sustainability and started working on environmental projects for Groundwork South in 2015 before working on sustainable transport projects in particular; starting with Sustrans as a Schools Officer in 2015 and then onto Bristol City Council the following year.
Why joined the Board: Janine McCretton, our former South West rep (also from Bristol) planted the seed early and so when she stepped down I really wanted to follow in her footsteps and join Team Modeshift.
Personal: As the resident karaoke queen of the Modeshift board you won’t be surprised to know that I love anything disco! Also a big lover of cheese, cocktails, anything sparkly and of course ABBA. I love getting outside and even have a horse called Spur- – together we are always going on adventures exploring the South West countryside.
