Clean Air Day took place on Thursday 17th June. Many of us made a pledge to do something which will help to improve air quality. Modeshift Chair Ross Butcher plants a tree every year and has done so since he moved into the property 5 years ago.
This year Ross has chosen to plant a Victoria Plum Tree, This is perfect for Clean Air Day and has many positives for being sustainable. Contributing to climate change, a source of your own fruit in this case so no need to go out to the shops and also saves money! Apparently low maintenance as well so an all round winner!
