Career history:
I previously worked for Sustrans as a Project Officer in Gateshead which involved working with primary schools to encourage active journeys to school. I delivered a variety of sessions from Lichen air pollution walks, Big Street Surveys to Bike maintenance classes. It was great to tailor the sessions to the schools needs and see the progress that was made. Prior to this, I’ve worked as a touring actor delivering the magic of theatre to primary schools.
Why did you join Modeshift:
I believe in Modeshift’s mission. I am committed to removing barriers to active travel, especially for young people whose journeys start to become more independent.
Outside of Modeshift:
I enjoy keeping active socially by playing Tag Rugby, running or walking on the coast with friends. To me music is medicine and I love attending concerts, gigs or musicals.
