Career history:
I previously worked as an Active Travel Officer in Rotherham which involved working with schools to promote safe and sustainable travel through Modeshift STARS. From Scooter Training Sessions to Dr Bike Workshops, no two days were ever the same and I absolutely loved visiting schools to educate pupils about the importance of active travel and road safety. Prior to this, I worked as a Support Supervisor arranging disability support for university students.
Why did you join Modeshift:
To feel part of a dynamic and dedicated team that is striving to change people’s travel habits for the better!
Outside of Modeshift:
I love taking myself on a run around the Peak District and a wild swim, if I’m feeling brave enough! Bike packing holidays with my Dad and twin sister, Lucy, are always a good laugh – something generally goes wrong which makes for a funny story! To wind down, I enjoy getting stuck into a good book or history documentary.
