Terms of Reference

  1. To be an active Member and contribute to our purpose and objectives
  2. To celebrate and share best practice in the promotion of sustainable travel choices with Members
  3. Assist Modeshift to be recognised by practitioners as the leading sustainable travel membership organisation in the UK
  4. To maximise opportunities and participate in networking and information sharing activities  
  5. All Members are encouraged to sign-up to our weekly newsletter ‘Modeshift Matters’ to receive news articles. All Members are encouraged to submit best practice content for this newsletter. Modeshift reserve the right to only publish content they deem relevant for its Members
  6. Members can request relevant Modeshift logos for display on their own resources and communication channels. Modeshift will provide a brand guideline for all logos
  7. All Modeshift materials and branding are solely owned by Modeshift and should only be used with prior permission from the Modeshift Delivery Team
  8. Members should not speak negatively about Modeshift and its Members in the public domain, social media and other broadcast communications. Activity that harms Modeshift and its services and/or puts them at risk could be cause for termination of the membership
  9. The Terms of Reference will be reviewed on an annual basis by the Management Board
