Subject: Modeshift Membership and Licence Fees 2024/25
On 8 November 2023, The Chair of Modeshift, Ross Butcher, presented proposals to change membership fees for 2024/25. A copy of the presentation can be found here – information about the fees can be found on slides 13-15.
Local/Combined/Transport Authority and Corporate Members of Modeshift were invited to vote on 2024/25 fees. For these two membership types, fees have remained frozen for 7-years. Like many organisations, our costs have increased significantly over this 7-year period.
We have counted the votes and can confirm that 2024/25 membership fees will be increased but we have committed to freezing this new fees for at least the next 2-years. This increase will enable Modeshift to continue deliver your services at the same high standard. For our Partners (slide 16) we are implementing a very small increase.
Significantly, all Membership types (Public Sector and Corporate) will now include a 2-day delegate space at our Annual Convention, which takes place in 2024 on the 19/20 November at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Modeshift STARS licence fees will also increase in 2024/25 with the new fees set out in the table below. Although these fees have increased, they will now also include a 1-day delegate place at our TravelWise & STARS Business Conference (inclusive with STARS Local Authority Workplace & Residential, STARS Corporate Licences, & STARS Consultancy licences), and STARS Education Masterclass ‘Live’ (inclusive with STARS Local Authority Schools Licence), which will take place in March 2025.

Modeshift will be reaching out to all Members early in 2024 to discuss renewing their membership and STARS licences which are due for renewal on 1 April 2024. If you wish to discuss your renewal over the phone, please contact admin@modeshift.org.uk so that we can arrange an appointment with you.
