Modeshift STARS Programme Manager (Corporate)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Contract: Fixed term for three years with possibility of permanency
Hours: 37.5-hours per week Monday to Friday. Working hours between 8am-6pm. Core working hours are 10am-12noon and 2pm-4pm. Special working arrangements must be agreed with your manager.
Based: Hybrid. Mix of Modeshift Darlington office (minimum of 1-day per month) and home based, or at events. Some travel to organisations, events and meetings in the UK will be required.
About the position
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and talented Programme Manager to join our busy Delivery Team. This role is ideally suited to an individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, with significant experience in developing and leading programmes.
Our STARS Programme Manager (Corporate) has a specific focus on developing the STARS Business and STARS Healthcare programmes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose for our Corporate Members, and driving the growth and expansion of the schemes. They also have responsibility for developing new areas of work, including our expanding STARS portfolio and focus on spectator and audience travel to events and venues.
Specifically, the objectives of the post are to:
- Retain and grow the number of sites that are engaged in the STARS Business scheme be delivering excellence and ensuring inclusivity
- Retain and grow the number of sites that are engaged in the STARS Healthcare scheme
- Develop and rollout Membership services for organisations representing the Leisure sector
