The Bikeability conference is back! We’re looking forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new people as we look at the importance of innovation and inclusivity in the world of Bikeability.
The conference will take place on Thursday 24 February from 9:30am – 4pm at Eastside Rooms, Birmingham. Grant recipients, training providers and instructors are all invited to attend. Tickets are £25 and available via Eventbrite.
We’ve got an exciting agenda planned, with keynote speakers, panel discussions and plenty of opportunities to network with your peers and connect with the Bikeability Trust team.

• Improving children’s on road cycling with immersive reality with Dr. Dan Bishop, Brunel University
• Ask The Trust Panel with Bikeability Trust staff and trustees including Emily Cherry, Executive Director and Benjamin Smith, Development Director
• Series of workshops on how innovation and inclusivity can support Bikeability including:
– Women and Girls in Cycling with Andy Jones and Georgia O’Sullivan, Access Sport
– Making Sessions Fun and Inspiring at Level 1 with Tina Walker, Bikeability instructor trainer
– Special Education Needs in a Mainstream Setting with Claire Edmeades, Special Education Needs Coordinator, Forest Academy
– Immersive Reality: Bikeability Instructors Experience with Dr Dan Bishop and Bikeability instructors
