Get ready  this spring to embrace the outdoors as  1 May marks the start of National Walking Month! This month-long celebration encourages people to incorporate more walking into their daily routine for both physical and mental health benefits.  It’s also a great way to explore your surrounding community, save money on fuel, and reduce your carbon footprint.

Living Streets have put together 20 tips to help you fit 20 minutes of walking into your day.
