Modeshift TravelWise and STARS Business Conference Success

On Thursday 26 April, we hosted our second Annual Modeshift and TravelWise STARS Business Conference with the theme Switchable trips: from private car to active travel and public transport. We welcomed over 130 delegates from local authorities, transport consultancies, charities, NHS settings, and workplaces with an interest in behaviour change and supporting the switch from private car to more sustainable and active journeys. We were also joined by our Team Modeshift Partners who put on an excellent exhibition.

The agenda was jammed packed and our speakers did a fantastic job taking us through the complexities around why, how, what works and what doesn’t when making trip switches. Big thanks to them all. And thanks to our delegates – each we spoke with left looking tired after the long day, with lots to think about, but all with smiles on their faces!
