Modeshift TravelWise & STARS Business Conference 2023, Call for Papers
Hot on the heels of the 2022 Modeshift Convention, we are now underway with our grand plans for our first Modeshift TravelWise & STARS Business Conference.
The Conference will place at the Park Inn by Radisson, York City Centre on Thursday 16th March 2023, and we are busy pulling together the agenda. Bookings for the Conference will go live later this month.
We’re now looking for speakers for the Conference that will focus on our theme:
Switchable trips: from private car to active travel and public transport.
We are looking for contributions that fit this theme in terms of:
- Planning and Policy
- Targeting and delivering effective initiatives (including reaching underrepresented groups)
- Behaviour change theory and/or research
- Achieving outstanding outcomes
- Monitoring and evaluation
If you are interested in contributing to the Conference, please submit your ideas/suggestions by providing the following information:
- Presentation synopsis – please provide a proposed title and short summary of what you plan to cover
- Which area do you feel your presentation best fits and why?
- How long will you need, i.e. 10/15/20-minutes?
- Name of presenter/s, and organisation/s
- Format of presentation, i.e. PowerPoint, video, etc?
