WOW Badge Design Competition 2022 is Now Open
Who’s ready to get creative? The WOW Badge Design Competition is back for 2022!
By entering, your school could win WOW resources up to the value of £500. That could mean free WOW for an entire year!
WOW – the walk to school challenge encourages pupils to walk, wheel, cycle, scoot or Park and Stride to school by rewarding them each month with a special WOW badge! With over half a million pupils taking part every year, WOW schools can enjoy, on average, 30% fewer car journeys to school and a 23% increase in children walking.
The WOW badges are unique and designed every year by pupils in this exciting competition. The winning designs will be turned into more than 300,000 badges – made from 100% repurposed plastic – to be awarded to WOW pupils who walk, wheel, cycle, scoot or Park and Stride. This is your school’s opportunity to enter the competition and be in with a chance of winning free WOW resources for a whole year!
This year’s competition theme, Walk through time, takes us back in time, as we explore millions of years of history on earth. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and what would you see? Wherever your walk through time takes you, draw it…
Last year, we had a whopping 90,000 entries, making it one of the UK’s biggest design competitions for children. Let pupils get creative and help us make this year’s our greatest competition yet!
