Tameside MBC set to launch its Modeshift STARS Business Accreditation to a wide range of employers at Business Net Zero Event
The inaugural Tameside Means Business Net Zero Event held at Global Grooves in Mossley, Tameside this coming Friday (December 8) will include the launch of the council’s Modeshift STARS Business Accreditation scheme. Sponsored by World Heat Cylinders the event will bring together major employers from across the area and support them as they embrace the journey to net zero.
The fantastic event will include guest speakers, interactive experiences, green business networking and much more which can help your business to move forward.

This gives employers in the Tameside area a great opportunity to develop their travel plans, analyse their scope 3 emissions, track their progress against environmental sustainability targets and develop meaningful strategies as they move towards a net zero future.
Community Initiatives Officer at Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council said: ‘The aim of this free event is to bring together businesses and collectively embrace the road to net zero, while acknowledging that organisations will be on different paths on their green journey.’
