Pupils from three Suffolk schools have been recognised for their efforts in encouraging active sustainable travel.

Students at Great Barton Primary Academy and Stowupland High School have been awarded a bronze award by the Modeshift STARS accreditations.  Great Barton Primary School encouraged road safety, by working with local councils to relocate and promote the puffin crossing near the school. Stowupland High School pupils set up a walking bus to help build the confidence of Year 7 pupils walking to a new school.
