Modeshift has 3 tiers of personnel comprised of the Modeshift Management Board, the Delivery Team and the External Advisors.
Modeshift is a membership organisation that is owned and operated by its members. What does this mean? The Modeshift Management Board are volunteers who freely give their time to support, develop and deliver Modeshift activities. To be a Modeshift Board member you need to be a serving member of staff with a local authority member and express and interest in joining the Modeshift Management Board.
In addition to the Modeshift Management Board, there is a delivery team who run the day to day Modeshift activities and the Modeshift STARS Scheme. There is also an External Advisory Board who support Modeshift by sharing their insight and providing an industry voice for the Management Board.
